Unfortunately, it makes noise when sniffing which scares my cats, and during use it doesn't catch all the hair. so not usable for me and is not completely correct as described / video explanation. Furthermore, the entire ordering process and delivery were smooth and fast.

   Fine quality, but the one part, that is bothering me is that the water does not hold in its reservoir and begins to flood the electronics and after that all excess water just pours from charging port. If you plug it in right after you can literally burn your house.

   It's a good product, but it's liquid on the sides when you put the water, the idea is great, you just need to arrange the leakage matter
